Real Estate Training Course: How to Submit a Property for Sale or Rent

Please click on the “Sell/Rent” menu located on the right-hand side of the screen.

To submit your property for sale or rent on our website, you must first register as a member.
If you have previously submitted a property with us, you can log in using your Username/Email and Password.

After successful registration and login, follow these 3 simple steps to submit your property details:

1. Project Details & Listing Type
   Select the project name, choose whether it is for sale or for rent, and enter your desired price.

2. Property Specifications
   Provide more detailed information about the property, such as floor number, size, number of rooms, and any special features.

3. Title, Description & Photos
   Enter a clear and accurate listing title, add a detailed description, and upload real photos of the property.

Final Step: Review and Submit

Carefully review all the details you have entered.
Once everything is correct, click “Submit” to send your property listing to our team for review.

After submission, our team will verify the information and contact you for any additional details if needed.
Once approved, your property will be published and visible on our website.
