🔹 Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation on buying, selling, and renting real estate under the ERA Prompt Property brand
• Coordinate property transactions for company clients, working with our sales, support, and legal teams
• Conduct local area marketing, prospecting, and support the company’s social media activities
• Collaborate on sales strategies and local marketing campaigns
• Earn commissions up to 70–85% based on performance
• Income based on ability and results
• Other tasks as assigned

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Interest in the real estate business (no prior experience required)
• Enjoy flexible working hours and being your own boss
• Strong self-discipline and punctuality in meeting clients and team commitments
• Open to both freelance and full-time applicants
• English communication skills are preferred; other languages (e.g., Chinese, Russian) are a plus
